Now the crowd’s switching gears from shots to beers
We must collect unemployment 
Not so much for our enjoyment more or less because we can’t find a job
Back in my day I was a heart throb 
Well boys weren’t we all once 
Now I’m a great story to end with a sob 
Don’t even touch that door knob hidden deep in my mind
If your not willing to tumble in an avalanche 
Or take a spill from the highest tree branch
It might be a thrill 
But it holds potential to kill at beckon call or I reckon even at will
Oh, what a thrill to kill yourself with a clear liquid and a small white pill 
Yes, even you can take life at will
Oh, what a thrill

This is the most pathetic crowd I could have expected to have found
But what can I expect from such an old run down bar and grill 
On every Friday night I fill it 
But this will be my one last final show
I’m done now it’s in affect I elect not to be sold short
I mean why listen to priest who don’t believe their own religion 
And that politician who can’t comprehend the magnitude of what he just said
It’s ok though 
Nuclear fusion is just one of the things technology gave modern men
To bring upon an end 
So it’s bombs away boys 

I blow on my scraps every time the weight of the world pushes me down 
So lets have a request
I’m like a jukebox I’ll pump out your favorite sounds
And when the final note is found 
We will split and get the hell out of town
On to another leg of this journey 
Steadily searching for the salvation we haven’t found
Oh, my heart says “go” 
But my mind says “No, you’re just digging yourselves a place to rest six feet in 
the ground”
Why did the world have to spin
I’m getting dizzy on this constant merry-go-round
