June 21 Faith in God Bible Meditations Based on Psalms 40-45
 
Key Verse –  Psalms 40:5  Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.
	
FAITH IN GOD WHO DOES WONDERFUL WORKS FOR US	

God does wonderful works for us, securing our redemption
He upholds us while converting us toward our transformation
Always guarding our soul by His mighty protection…
Without Him, our faith can’t dwell in heavenly perfection.

God does wonderful works for us, filling us with His grace
He cheers us while keeping us around His fellowship’s embrace 
Always comforting our hearts by His peace of no worry-trace…
Without Him, our faith can’t make it in the spiritual race.

God does wonderful works for us, assuring our victory
He strengthens us while refining us for His ministry
Always arming our conviction faith by His truth and Gospel story…
Without Him, our faith can’t win as soldiers in His divine infantry.

God does wonderful works for us, serving as our light
He guides us while hiding us from worldly blight
Always meeting our needs by His concern for our plight…
Without Him, our faith can’t pray in sweet communion’s delight.

God does wonderful works for us, chastening our idleness
He disciplines me while leading us toward usefulness 
Always smiting our selfishness by His warning against haughtiness…
Without Him, our faith can’t bear fruit in His bountifulness.
 
God does wonderful works for us, honouring our commitment
He moulds us while working in us for our church involvement
Always rewarding our labour by His encouraging assessment…
Without Him, our faith can’t serve according to His commandment.

God does wonderful works for us, reviving our spirits constantly
Instructing us while teaching us His Word for discipleship willingly
Always controlling our everything by His love, so kind earnestly…  
Without Him, our faith can’t please Him obediently.
