Poem
there are days when I feel lonely yet, I remember while Adam still lived in the garden where the moments felt like hours where blessings flowed from the wonders where hope beckoned from the shadows reminding Adam, revealing to Eve the kindness, the peace, the promise of love that would never fade away love that is alive, more powerful than the light as He walks with them through the garden silencing all their fears wiping away each tear encouraging love so real…. there are days when I just don’t know yet, I can feel His love rising up inside my soul, as I trudge past the pain, past the heartbreak through the losses – not counting the cost of loving without conditions, with a love that comes from His gift to me love that rises up to meet me as I weep love that restores the gentle in me love that refuses to see the worst as more than a lesson, more than a message to the heart who needs to gather from the garden… peace that never leaves, peace that agrees His love is with me, through everything inviting me to listen to stillness, the truth abiding inside the one who hears, such security in knowing the One who prayed, in the garden murmuring, “Thy Will be done” even in His pain, despite the agony of a cross that could kill the body, a cross that could leave the heart silent a cross that could silence the hope… while reassuring the soul, this is the story He wrote across the burning hearts, the spirits of those who believe He has risen and He’s given each of us a second chance as we pass through the storms, walk in our gardens praying for the right words, the right dreams, the right that assures us we’re right with our Maker, right with this Creator, who put Adam and Eve in the garden, then came to them, each evening – walking with them seeking a relationship that would never grow cold, a bond between the Father and the child that was the source of a love so tender, so alive… in the garden, He blessed the sacred grown and it grew – joy and hope feelings that were meant to restore the heart’s faith grace that would cause each fear to melt away love that would silence the darkness of hate light from One who is the reason I pray… for love to rise up and silence my sin, reminding me why I am living for Him, the One who is love, light and more He is the answer to every fear I’ve known He is the answer to every tear I’ve worn He is the reason I know – even though evil thought it’d won God, while walking through His garden… revived His only Son – oh, look what love has done! Just look what love has done!!!
