Moma come home I am emotionally lost
moma comes running because 
I need her warm touch

It seems to me moma that I need you
more now, then ever before to walk
through my door

My memory keeps playing my 
childhood days and I do so regret
all the hate I've displayed

I had blamed you back then for
all of my confussion within,
but I am still who I am no matter
how different it would of been

To the best of your ability you've 
raised us kids well, giving 
us your all while my father kept 
you in hell

Moma I'm calling to thank you for
life, giving me your love, and trying 
to guiding me right

Moma I'm older and only now do I see
a lot of things between you and daddy 
you had sheltered from me

And now that I am a moma, 
I can only hope to be all of the 
things I remember that my 
moma was to me
