April 7 Faith in God Bible Meditations Based on 2Samuel 8-12 

Key Verse – 2Samuel 8:6, 14. …And the LORD preserved David whithersoever he went.

FAITH IN GOD WHO PRESERVES US	

God preserves us from sinfulness’ shame
As He communes with us along His pardon-claim
To build us upon faith’s salvation-frame 
By His Word of immutable fame.

God preserves us with His graciousness
As He keeps us in His righteousness
To sustain us upon faith’s holiness 
By His truth of steadfast trustworthiness.

God preserves us along Biblical transformation
As He converts us according to His direction
To lead us upon faith’s work along our sanctification  
By His guidance of perfect instruction.

God preserves us through His granted divine freedom
As He commands us for the advancement of His kingdom
To nurture us upon faith’s fire against boredom 
By His zeal of Scriptural wisdom.

God preserves us in with His mercy
As He teaches us prayerful persistency
To drive us upon faith’s increase for service-fervency 
By His partnership of ministry-engagement along His sufficiency .

God preserves us despite trial and test
As He guards us with His security’s best
To help us become productive upon faith’s zest 
By His strength of miraculous power, making us blest.

God preserves us against destructive pain
As He comforts us in hardship’s domain
To bring to us victory upon faith’s gain along His reign
By His promise of great assurance with no delay-strain.
