March 18 Faith in God Bible Meditations Based on Judges 1-2 

Key Verse – Judges 1:2 And the LORD said, Judah shall go up: behold, I have delivered the land into his hand.

FAITH IN GOD WHO IS OUR DELIVERER	

God is our Deliverer from sinfulness with His holiness
So that we can dwell in His covenant of righteousness
Not in the vanity of worldliness 
While by faith, staying in His perfect will of graciousness. 

God is our Deliverer with His strength in our divine fight
So that we can win along battle’s height
Not in the pain of defeat’s blight 
While by faith, thanking Him for triumphant flight. 

God is our Deliverer along His sanctification-revival
So that we can behold His Scriptural approval
Not in the obscurity of crises’ survival 
While by faith, waiting for our King’s arrival. 

God is our Deliverer by His pardon’s deliverance
So that we can come to His throne’s entrance
Not in the destruction of selfish endurance 
While by faith, repenting from arrogant perseverance. 

God is our Deliverer against false remark
So that we can uphold doctrines of truth’s ark 
Not in the deception of hypocrisy’s spark 
While by faith, serving with His light, glowing in the dark. 

God is our Deliverer by His correcting chastisement
So that we can strive to live righteously in His settlement
Not in the misery of discouragement 
While by faith, conquering failure-caused discontentment. 

God is our Deliverer toward sincere offering
So that we can serve Him by His love’s rearing
Not in the boastfulness of humanistic gearing 
While by faith, cleaving to Him against wavering.
