BREAKING THE SILENCE : NO MORE Sponsored by Ink Empress Glass shattered a Saturday afternoon tea ~ Silence holds steady black fleeced momentum for its own ripping when lightning as whipping fire from Heartbeat of Sun slashes its Void loudness to tumble wounds of wisdom weeping slow dirty tears ~ tears telling stories of biting burns inserting into silent flesh of tense waiting before window panes were smashed with stone duck docile ornaments on late afternoons of rampant rage silence holding a blank white canvas for dripping blood when no car to hostile hospitals stood in an oiled-stained garage Bookshelves tumbled poems torn to sheds laundry strewn about glass splinters in sink of unwashed dishes silence slithered into dried out stewpot waiting for maniacal tsunami to cremate emotions tweezering them from dna soiled in possessive prisons ridiculed ~ a father brought a casserole dropped dashing dish fled wolf howls fierce voice boxes cringing where was cub ? listening to other dread dramas oblivious in fantasy land on a smaller screen or maybe gymnasting with coloured ribbons satin Faraway Divinity spoke in all pervasive silence on testing timeline taut taciturn holding my breath to His nostrils silencing a billion billion sound frequencies, informing that I will choose to brave open fear cracked lips for bright blissed Love My lashes He crafted brushed His breathy silence with sparkling assent for missions of courage I traversed embraced by solitude ~ elephants, baboons monkeys and lizards observing in pure stillness whilst across listening forest moss waves I deciphered Michael Jackson’s “They Don’t Care about Us” Here I wear my Silence a white daisy cloak from heavenly dew fields luminosity which dare not be torn as wild lies hop chaotic across dark doom a spiderweb fibre it can chameleon transmute into gentle streams to soothe that which itself hides for right timing a first bud of red rose birthing delicacy benign waters over pebble backdrops silence birthing gurgling rivulets A nut muffin maker feeding jealousy deceit, shame, guilt indecision, escapism ~ all swampy keys to stagnant quagmires will too utter her Heart’s shadowed light breaking the silence of mothers’ egoic ignorant invisibility as I silently breathe Quiet my petaling garment breaks open writhing silences regurgitating quantum memories incubated in waiting cell fertility for decades perhaps centuries marching journeys of souls through wars conquering ancient lands, majestic mountains, raucous seas, ports, spices when women with babes waited in anguished longing for men to taste their honey in silence hot crusted bread speaking truths of labouring backs bent wooden tables cracked cows chewing cuds what could be a more knowing silence ? Now wafered soundlessness is lamb soft yet diamond piercing diamonds raw a spiralling lark offering lucid tones as harmony cupped in two musing wings to ascend where it can quintessentially quiver questing, hover in expectant silence for another quiescent mission
