March 8 Faith in God Bible Meditations Based on Deuteronomy 28-29 

Key Verse – Deuteronomy 28:2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.
	
FAITH IN GOD WHO OVERTAKES US WITH HIS BLESSINGS	

God overtakes us with His blessings as we obey His voice
And stand by His statutes with obedient poise…
Midst faith, we always seek Him Who is our best choice
While loving Him, since in Him we do rejoice.

God overtakes us with His blessings as we keep His Word
And build upon His altar of good works’ record… 
Midst faith, we always confess our sins, revealed by Spirit’s sword
While repenting, asking pardon against rebellion-discord.

God overtakes us with His blessings as we comply to His requirement
And offer our best sacrifice of sincere commitment… 
Midst faith, we always prioritize His kingdom advancement
While serving Him, enabled by His empowerment.

God overtakes us with His blessings as we lift up His standard
And abide in His perfect will with His guiding safeguard…
Midst faith, we always rely on Him to win battles so hard
While trusting Him, doing our best as His steward.

God overtakes us with His blessings as we submit to His authority
And accept His orders since He is our King of great majesty…
Midst faith, we always strive to please Him in our duty
While staying close to Him, protected around His security.

God overtakes us with His blessings as we follow His command
And dwell in His good pasture He perfectly planned…
Midst faith, we always stay victorious in His promised land
While working for Him, fulfilling gladly His labour-demand.

God overtakes us with His blessings as we draw nigh to His heart
And listen to His counsel; from Him, never to depart…
Midst faith, we always decide to have Him right from the start
While exalting Him, overcoming selfishness’ dart.
