       chaos is always controlled
   with a beginning middle and end
       afterwards
  analysis will identify trends
          our brains redundant 
    there's little point in thinking
      free movement of energy
  flow connects the mind to elsewhere 
          muscle fibres twitch 
       we become set to receive 
            suddenly we're in the space
     occupying
   mindfully numb
           in sync with the absence of air
     distraction ceases
        we don't need to know
   just to feel
             then we snap back
    get obsessed with far away
        or under our own nails
forgetting 
   we were 
 and could be again
         in the moment
