February 11 Faith in God Bible Meditations Based on Numbers 1-2

Key Verse – Numbers 1:19 As the LORD commanded Moses, so he numbered them in the wilderness of Sinai.

FAITH IN GOD WHO COMMANDS US TO DO HIS WILL	

God commands us to do His will with earnest commitment
Always abiding within His covenant’s agreement
Around His enclosing ordinance-fulfillment
While by faith we enjoy our ministry-involvement.

God commands us to do His will with sincere endurance
Always thanking His salvation of deliverance
Around His protective forbearance
While by faith we trust Him and His assurance.

God commands us to do His will with response to His truth, doctrinally sound
Always going forward toward higher ground
Around His security where we should be found
While by faith we labour and in His work abound.

God commands us to do His will with revived gladness
Always shining with His testimony’s holiness
Around His uplifting standard showing His greatness
While by faith we walk along His paths of righteousness.

God commands us to do His will with obedience to His instruction
Always praying for His help in our service-determination
Around His forgiveness for our sin-confession
While by faith we repent, clinging to His compassion.

God commands us to do His will with cleansed heart
Always following His direction against pride’s dart
Around His sanctification in our spirituality right from the start
While by faith we seek His approval for our stewardship-part.

God commands us to do His will with submission to His teaching
Always learning from His Word through preaching
Around His wisdom midst His counsel we are beseeching
While by faith we serve Him by His love’s stretching.
