January 19 Faith in God Bible Meditations Based on Exodus 4-6
 
Key Verse – Exodus 4:5 That they may believe that the LORD God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath appeared unto thee.
	
FAITH IN GOD WHOM WE MUST BELIEVE	

God Whom we must believe, by faith, sets us upon holy ground
Saviour is He --- rescuing us from hell with His love, He has us found
Securing our souls in His mercy where we can abound
Surely teaching us His truth with doctrines, Scripturally sound.

God Whom we must believe, by faith, keeps us in His compassion
Saviour is He --- forgiving us of our confessed transgression
Strengthening our might with His power in His service-commission
Surely severing us from idleness along guilt’s oppression.

God Whom we must believe, by faith, drives us toward holiness
Saviour is He --- settling us in His covenant of redemption’s joyfulness
Sustaining our trust in His heritage, devoid of cruelty’s ruthlessness
Surely satisfying us against crises’ hopelessness.

God Whom we must believe, by faith, charges us to stay in His promised land
Saviour is He --- protecting us around His care as we follow His command
Supporting our commitment anchored upon His divine stand
Surely propelling us to submit our all to Him midst His peaceful demand.

God Whom we must believe, by faith, blesses us with His grace
Saviour is He --- upholding us in His assurance as we run life’s race
Sanctifying our spirituality with His righteousness from sins’ trace
Surely listening to us in our songs of praise.

God Whom we must believe, by faith, shows us His great wonders
Saviour is He --- instilling in us His judgments as great reminders
Sealing our stewardship with His miracles each of us ponders
Surely guiding us along what His wisdom considers.

God Whom we must believe, by faith, turns us from bad testimony
Saviour is He --- directing us in our Christian journey
Sufficing our needs with His supplies – much, plenty and many
Surely granting us victory despite pursuits that are thorny!
