The US Marshall is a tedious branch, that can be manipulated over a process of a deadly undergoing investigation. The perpetrator was very elusive from the get-go. He boards a US Marshall plane rigged to crash where he conveniently finds a stashed gun. He makes his way through an insect-infected quarry. The FBI agent close to the perpetrator ignores protocol. Nearby bettered his chances of getting a shot at the perpetrator, but he failed. He informs his girlfriend that he was set up to take the fall. The perpetrator looks over the UN Building looking for the ill-refute Chinese ambassador betraying many caught in the middle. He traverses NYC streets as the US Marshalls and the tailing FBI agent close in. Back in the city, he looks for his fellow agent who betrayed him. He went to the cemetery and hooked up with his girlfriend to meet the rouge fellow agent. In a short time, the man was shot dead by an unknown assassin. Yet they managed to flee a blood-thirsty assassin shooting from atop a cemetery chapel. He aims for their car as they flee the cemetery, amidst the funeral crowds caught in the melee. The US Marshalls and the FBI agent go after the shooter and take him into custody. He was The Chinese Ambassador and clams up an..d says nothing claiming international immunity. He heads up an apartment building The perpetrator looks over the UN Building looking for the ill-refute Chinese ambassador betraying many caught in the middle. He traverses NYC streets as the US Marshalls and the tailing FBI agent close in. He goes in and out of apartments with the FBI agent hot on his tail but he shoots the young US Marshall on purpose. He dies on the way to the hospital. He hops on top of a passing train heading for the shipyard. He then got caught in a storage grain where the FBI agent shot at the impaled perpetrator. They traverse the ship's complement of crewmen stood in shock at the FBI man, as well as the US Marshall who was at arm's length of the perpetrator. In the hospital, the FBI agent cleaning his gun, and the US Marshall asked to see his shiny gun. Upon the instant had realized that the young US Marshall was killed with that gun. He takes the other gun and changes the clip, then he asks if the agent wants some drink, he declines. With the US Marshall gone, he tells the police guarding the perpetrator to take the gun to the evidence room while he watches the perpetrator. Seeing the coast is clear he heads into the room and the US Marshall sees him with a pillow heading for the perpetrator. He tells him why he killed the kid, he says the kid was in the way. The perpetrator yelled gun as the agent twisted away toward the US Marshall who shot him dead. Outside the courtroom, the freed innocent man standing by a smiling US Marshall till his girlfriend hugged and smiled at the US Marshall.
