Breathless panting as I sat waiting my abusive ex husband to return from his big job with Ciro Gargano dynamite gas cans golf balls with draino two hand grenades finally dust pans used to pour gasoline around each entrance and exit of the tailor shop after the smoking filled the building the men took racks of wool coats stacks of wool fabric stacks of silk fabric stacks of polyester fabric rows and rows of cotton fabric racks of drapes drapes and more drapes racks of suits silk wool the heist of the tailor shop resulted in 8 elderly persons perished living in total fear as the fbi asked me did I sew searching for clues to end the investigation living in fear night terrors finally Gargano emerges from prison the contents of the tailor shop stored in back of the north chicago cab company the old Kaplan clothing connected to the pool room Jim's glass and the Muslim headquarters cold day in March Gargano returns new job new abusive ex husband carrying emco chemicals from his job oddly the same time as the Christmas day fire I  in shock my mouth closed shut victim 9 perished the finale sheridan road blazes funny how Gargano continues sending Jamaican Mexicans to break in my home searching for my diary about the fires the arson murders why I wore wires pregnant for the fbi buying weapons and drugs simply because the fbi told me my life was in danger Gargano would murder me attack me frame me blackmail hired undesirable blacks corruption to bully me intimidate order to silence me I kelp silent only talking in therapy to my priest and writing in a diary I am blessed to have safe place to write keeps the night terrors at bay I am glad ciro Gargano was able to fake his death twice and come back as my own father using my deceased father's identity he along with hus brother Peter and his hitmen getting away with killing 9 persons is truly being in pure control turning yourself into the control substance in doing so Ciro Gargano actually got away with killing 9 persons buying paying corruption to bully me extorting my traumatic brain injury claim impersonating me with Jamaican jay townsend Johnson Henry no one really cared about the 9 lives just the inventory the investment the contents of the tailor shop my.mind stays focused on how cold it was how my girls and I were taken to the el rancho motel where ciro workers washed all the soot smoke off the smelling still lingers every one opened presents as the fire fighters helplessly watched these people die it was so cold pipes froze throughout the city ciro had citations on all his properties the fire hydrants were frozen the still of the night the air was as ice over lake Michigan hell froze over sirens blaring merry Christmas to all and to all a good night 12 drummers drumming 11 lords a leaping 10 pipers piping 9 ladies dancing 8 maids of milking 7 swans a swimming 6 geese a laying 5 golden rings four calling bird 3 French hens to turtle doves and a partridge in a pear tree 9 people dying Christmas day 1984 anyone can get away with murder just fake your death payoff corruption and bully fbi informants unafraid of your 9 people dying in the fires of hell stop threatening my life tormenting me attempting extorting my traumatic brain injury claim impersonating me terrorizing zing attempting to extort my mental health diary my American poetry all of this was to cover arson murder of 9 people plain and simple no easy day Ciro Gargano get to fake his death extort my livelihood get away with murdering 9 persons it’s shocking it’s shameful pure and simple it’s murder jay Townsend Johnson Henry sat impersonating me awaiting my death by car bomb this gave Ciro funds to pay off corruption the art of getting away with mass murder basically makes him a criminal genius like Frank Sinatra song my way he did it his way he paid all the players dealers city officials all lined
