Poem
Is how it all began our beautiful thing we both knew it was arcade concealing it the way we did and was we wrong for protecting the jukebox the many simple pleasures hidden treasures would create a certain hatred amongst many how could it not during the hustle bustle business meetings the dreariness that challenged love why it took years to find and years to cope when the watchers arrived to destroy it I never ever felt so much hatred in my life why for you and I it was so much laughter compassion most of all warmth the many nights I suffered explosive pain sorrow after leaving Europe needing just a little warmth holding my two little girls hands looking for work knowing baby it was cold outside I never yearned for material things those were lost treasures I collected throughout the years I yearn only the simple pleasures of life and after it was all said and done I found myself battered afraid alone broken yearning the warmth of your smile the way your eyes lit up when I walked into a room the sun peeked into the windows and in an instant I wasn’t cold anymore the beautiful gift of warmth sleeping in cars tow trucks sneezing cough pneumonia reading to my girls wondering why is it so cold outside craving a small space a tiny home the many nooks over the shop over the garage over the pool room over the silver dollar lounge the tow truck was the best it was Jerry’s auto prize possession during blizzards so many people stuck on the road in the snow I remember sitting in that tow truck craving the warmth of your smile that day love exploded special agent Alan king enraged he needed me to bury you then all I could see was goodness how shallow I only focused on the warmth and how I could save it keep it safe forever never knowing how many people was trying to destroy a hidden emotion we catered to most of our lives and when we couldn’t reach it separated by circumstances amazing we kelp our love alive through writing I began creating beautiful poetry all about the warmth of your smile the hidden emotions we kelp to ourselves ignited peters wrath he was so bitter so jealous envious I never knew he would want to destroy me for loving you this frightened me to my core he gathered hitmen city officials killers dealers just like he did that day gathered Horace he plotted your demise every since lil Pete’s death he needed to break you and when i arrived with our love scrap book photos cards letters beautiful love between you and I and Ma memos notes roller decks receipts he saw the warmth we created something he never had something he could never own or buy and it was yours I belonged to you Peter was livid like a spoiled little boy throwing tantrums so he decided to destroy it by killing me hence murdering you I remember how cold I was laying on that highway bleeding holding my eye remembering the seaburg you gave me the simple pleasures of life when you said just cover your eye baby saving my life in that moment I was so pleased to be alive it hit me finally the act of pure compassion kindness forgiveness has to follow yes I was bitter angry injured but alive to continue writing our love story through poetry and song Peter grew more enraged he was desperate when he hire jay Townsend Johnson Henry to impersonate me he hired a hitman from Detroit to murder me to destroy our love again as I healed I continued to write poetry over time I created our scrapbook into poetry everyday I wrote over ten poems a day threats came in peters jealousy I feel blessed that through my pain and suffering compassion warmth you gave me on that road I realise this was an act of compassion kindness God used arcade in order to allow forgiveness to shine on you do you know what that means perhaps your sins were forgiven when you saved my life which can only mean our love can never end because it came directly from god no one could ever destroy it because it is your passport to heaven into the kingdom of god I was praying the rosary I ask god to stop Peter and his hitmen from bullying me extorting my poetry because this was a pure expression of arcade I couldn’t figure out why my poetry was so important to Peter a developer from Fort Myers sweetheart it was jealousy envy he always yearned any goodness that you had that goodness was arcade your holding me enough to come out of hiding and interrupt a hit on my life over my poetry drove Peter insane with rage it drove special agent Alan king with rage to the point he was willing to allow jay Townsend Johnson Henry to impersonate me and obstruct justice by testifying against you leaving me in shambles broken injury cold but god allowed the warmth of arcade to shine so brightly when you said just cover your eye baby the most unselfish thing you’ve ever done I know because god told me I was warm because of you I will never stop writing arcade story the warmth of your smile when I walked into the room you always opened a door so that my kids and I was warm not a door to a mansion a door to a car sitting in a warm garage a van getting worked on a door to an abandoned building a door to a tow truck a motel room the many cards letters that came in during a blizzard I was cold being abused scared confused the warmth of that letter the warmth of you have a collect call happy birthday baby merry Christmas baby how are you and the kids have you heard from Alan the simple pleasures simple treasures I held dear never knowing some day your own brother would arrive to take what’s ours bitter envy rage anger jealousy hatred hidden only showing itself when I opened the scrapbook of our arcade how does it feel to know that I love you baby my prayers are with you I know I’ll see you on the other side someday just cover your eye baby you saved my life I’m the goodness that you’ve done in your life Peter can’t take it away because our love was a gift from god I am blessed god chose me to lead your soul to heaven warmth from 1985 with warm wishes pray the rosary peace be unto you my Angel
