Sometimes we meet people who are struggling with their Darkness and Demons. 

As much as we can have Empathy and Compassion and give Forgiveness, we don't have to accept this behaviour. 

Your Path is your Destiny and You are Empowered

I don't need to be your Emotional Punching Bag
I'm not part of the experiences that brought you Pain
You need to do the Work required 
Go deep within and stop transferring Blame 

Only you can choose the Path to Healing 
Only you can change the Narrative you're Speaking 
Only you can rise above the Darkness and the Noise
Only you can cure the Smallness in your Voice

I don't need your Trauma or your Drama 
I'm not the one who held you under Water until you Drowned 
You need to see the Life Vest that I'm giving 
Take off your Blinkers and understand your Story's Bound

Only you can choose to Embrace the Good 
Only you can rise above the Doubt and Victimhood
Only you can choose to Embrace the Light 
Only you can cure the Terrors in the Night

I don't need you to Bleed all over me
I'm not the one who left gaping holes in your Heart 
You can accept my Empathy and Compassion 
Or live on in the Abyss of the Darkest Arts

Only you can choose to Rise and Fight
Only you can change your Mind to Right
Only you can rise above the Limitations that you've Set
Only you can cure the Thoughts in your Head

I don't need to be Classed with your Demons
I'm not the one who treated you with Coldness
You have to face the Dark Thoughts you're Screaming 
Or lose yourself and become an Empty Shell of a Soul

Only you can choose to Expand your Vision 
Only you can embrace your Soul's Mission
Only you can escape the Hell you're Living
Only you can rise above the Stars you're Given 

I don't need to get dragged down by your Energy
I'm not the one who made your Aura Dark
You can accept my Light and Pure Love 
You can even choose Hope's eternal Spark

Only you can choose to Learn and Grow
Only you can change by Actions Shown
Only you can rise above the Impotence and the Rage
Only you can cure your Blood and Turn the Page

Responsibility and Accountability are your best start
The Good Choices to Heal your Whole
Love and Light and Hope and Faith
Kindness always to Heal your Heart and Soul 

Taking One Step forward each and every Day 
Taking stock of the ways to Learn and Pray
Your Path is your Destiny and You are Empowered
Allow Love and Light to create Glimmers that Flower
