Poem
In the windy land of Chhattisgarh, the honour of the Sapta Rishis is there. Muchkund, Agastya, Angira, all of them are great scholars. The tale of Sage Muchkund is adorned with valour. He came in the company of Indra, fought with the army of demons. He is the symbol of valour on the land of Chhattisgarh. He did the best deeds in the protection of religion and truth. Listen to the tale of Sage Agastya, he was the ocean of knowledge. Going to the south, he destroyed the demons. Knower of botany, also the protector of water streams. On this land of Chhattisgarh, he is still revered as his unique self. See the brilliance of Sage Angira, he is fully seated in meditation. The protector of knowledge and religion, his voice is present in the universe. He performed sadhana in the deep shade of the mountains. His leela reverberates in the soil of Chhattisgarh, brother. The words of Shringi Rishi are unique, a great sage who was a curse expert. Dasharatha's dynasty in Ayodhya, ended with his penance. His stories are also present in sacred Chhattisgarh. His name is in every corner, like the Mahanadi flowing from south to north. Sage Sharabhang, a great ascetic, was at the forefront of sacrifice. Leaving heaven, he laid the foundation of religion on this land. His fame is immortal in the forests of Chhattisgarh. He was a priceless gem of religion, constantly walking on the path of religion. Sage Valmiki's story, a stream of penance. The support of his heart was born from pain and compassion. Life woven into words, the immortal song of Ramayana. His love spread from earth to sky. The forests of Chhattisgarh still resonate with his voice. His speech narrates the lessons of life, peace and religion. Sage Sutikshan's sadhana, pure and simple. He gave the Raghukul a bright blessing. Full of sensitivity, he remained awake at every moment. He paved the path of Ram, always remained humble, always alert. His fame resonates in the soil of Chhattisgarh. The message of patience and humility spreads in every direction. The windy land of Chhattisgarh is the pride of the Sapta Rishis. This world is illuminated by their knowledge and penance. We bow with reverence to the feet of those Sapta Rishis. Let their sacred memories resonate in the soil of Chhattisgarh. Rohandeep Sahu, District - Dhamtari Chhattisgarh.
