Lapin au miel

2 rabbits buchered
soaked in milk for 1 hour
1 cup of flour
1 cup of breadcrumbs
5 Tablespoons of paresean cheese
2 tablespoons of cayeene pepper
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspooms of salt
1 teaspoon of onion powser
1 teaspoon of garlic powser
3 eggs and 1/4 cup of milk for egg wash
5 cups of olive oil and veggie oil mix preheated

mix breadcrumbs and flour and seasonings
batter rabbit dip into eggwash and reflour

fry in oil until brown do not fully cook the rabbit
cook golden to create a crust
remove rabbit and put in a baking pan

2 cups of sliced mushrooms
1/2 cooked diced bacon
1 teaspoon of liquid smoke
4 Tablespoons of honey
5 Tablespoons of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of brandy
4 cups of red wine
1&1/2 cup of chicken stock
4 garlic cloves minced
3/4 cups of diced onions
1 Tablespoon of minced ginger
2 tablespoons of celery seeds
3 tablespoons of sesame seed oil
3 sprigs of fresh thyme
3 tablespoons of tomato paste

add all ingredients to pan
( remove the rabbit and add)
mix the sauce add the rabbit and bake
cook 350 for 35 minutes
add five tablespoons of butter and
serve
