Half-a-reflection is but the world
Half-a-reflection beams within
The wild bird that you are
Mindless milieu or mortgaged mirror
Souls behind bars of fear
Half one’s voice hums lullabies
The other half roars valor, unlocking genius
The mind’s complex if threatens you
Look for yourself, you little infinite
Which only sobs a little, breathes a few
Peep in! Seek in! Sneak in, it’s your own self!
The parts of you aren’t alien puzzles, misplaced mismatched
They are chunks of your soul
There you are; You, Wild bird!
If your beak is injured, feet tangled 
The ties of your own nest if dare trap you, 
The spring blossoms if choose to wither
Smudge the sunset hues onto oneself
Wear the prettiest night sky armor
You, fierce wild bird! you little infinite!
Bits of your life and whole of you 
There you are! Soul!

If in the dark dead fists of destiny’s trap
They claim your identity
If voices of haphazard pitches
Scream on your uneven ways, say, 
“You shouldn’t dare, life isn’t fair
You can’t, you won’t, you aren’t 
You, little bird, save your feathers from stormy weather 
Stay in your nest 
I know your best it is for!”

Listen, wings are for the sky to venture
Feathers are to fall off 
For wings to learn flight, 
For the tiny heart to learn to dare dream,
Little bird, you are wild!
Wild enough to conquer, to fly, to breathe!
You little infinite!
