Poem
As frothing wakes unveil a racing tide a frontal surge unleashed intended taunt, ‘twas but a strafe to lead the prey outside then strike a blow amidst the faring jaunt. To draw first blood, then front them with a force superior to what it can endure would lend to truce and ever change the course thus, leaving all the spoils of war secure. But o’er the crest a vengeance was unleashed to prey upon the strength of Nippon pride, ‘twas but a twist that soon became a feast of carnage, set aflame upon the tide. And as the scheme of Nippon might unveils the rising Sun would peak at morning bells. The rising Sun would peak at morning bells as flames engulfed all hope of compromise. Momentum burned as impetus dispels thus, leading to its afternoon demise. Her mighty fleet fell silent ‘neath the crest of torrent waves that swallowed its remains. Their iron bones fathoms deep now rest as drifting tides disperse the ebon stains. But still they raged as pride consumed its soul for honor never yields to mere defeat. The consequence will grimly take its toll for in the end the sun and earth shall meet. Confidence instilled their fleet with pride and once exposed, no longer could it hide. And, once exposed no longer could it hide. from staunch pursuit to bury all at sea. Reconnaissance left strategy denied and but a taste of what would come to be. Your palace god lay swathed within his fold as flames consumed all hope of Pearl’s reprise, and loyalty, that all swore to uphold, was veneration destined for demise. For savagery would fill the altered mind of those bewitched by godly ill intent. Their nemesis would thus, respond in kind for retribution’s ire shall not relent. The rising Sun fell victim to the haze as clouds of rage suppressed its lethal rays. As clouds of rage suppressed its lethal rays. the rising Sun sank slowly in the east. Ferocity would fill the coming days as warring might was ceaselessly unleashed. And o’er the tides as fire and steel collide where either foe refused to disengage, ‘twould be a brawl attrition would decide as unrelenting forces faced the rage. Though loyalty and bravery exude mere sustenance their competence would crave, for Nippon strength bore not the magnitude to stay the course against an endless wave. As giant wings of armor filled their skies it darkened any hope of compromise. It darkened any hope of compromise as Nippon nests conceded to the fire, now only pride remains to shield their skies of pending days consumed with vengeful ire. Relentless rage denies their war machine the corporeal to ever rise again, and endless waves of dominance will glean the seeds of resurrection that remain. Though all commit to never losing face where loyalty and honor still abide, all as one stand fast against disgrace and all shall die before it is denied. Its rays of hope once filled their pending days, then through the mist, the Sun was set ablaze.
