Tick tick tick tick boom in an instant macerated flesh would be the last images of me I never wondered just what damages would occur from a car bomb being ignited right in my face my limbs were so cold as I lay there the smell of citrus surrounded me my skin began to sting from the aroma funny looking back now reliving it all wham the sun began cooking my flesh instantly oddly intriguing what was sizzling dazed in slow motion like i was under water the first responders yelling stay with me honey we are going to get you out briefly I awaken frightened but alive vanity arose as I glanced in the mirror to assess the damages I noticed this beige pink substance splattered across the vehicle I glanced back in that mirror realized this was flesh my flesh blown out from underneath my eye my eye sunk into my cheek of course the eye socket was crushed i was in total shock and began to put the flesh back underneath my eye I felt sad for being so vain at the coming of my death but how could i survive living the rest of my life with my eye sunk into my cheek how could I experience the same damages as being in a humvee army tank close range in Afghanistan wham car bomb explosion an IED carried out on American soil a personal bomber from a very prestigious elite bomb maker a bomb that would travel great speed close range piercing my eyeball blowing it to the back of my skull and out my brain none the wiser mafia hits hiring the best mechanics bomb makers i arrived to the hospital doctors and nurses turned their head a man in a suit said fix her face just fix her face i wasn't thinking about my brain my beautiful face my youthful face that's what the lawyers argued she was so beautiful wham we'll take good care of you the bones in my face rattled swelling on my brain my nose fractured my eye lashes were side ways on my cheek there i was in shock trying to save the macerated flesh to go back under my eye it was comical i felt like I was in a mash rerun doctors plastic surgeons on the spot personally fixing my face the healing began I couldn't see any brain damage bone fragments brain matter i couldn't walk talk or even pee my legs were heavy nightmares hearing the explosion today I support wounded Veterans every time I see one baring the same scar as I why I am reminded how blessed I am to have survived an IED carried out on American soil a car bomb to destroy my brain to keep me from writing American poetry my killers needed to punish me for wearing wires for the FBI my killers needed to extort my American poetry and gain royalties by impersonating me after death to cripple my brain once and for all although it didn't stop me from writing typing with one finger now but the poetry flowed even more fight flight mode my brain fighting to live it actually helped me cope it comforted me I asked God to forgive me for my vanity trying to fix my face picking up macerated flesh stuffing it underneath my hanging eye God bless our troops somewhere in the world another bomb has ignited the harm the damage you never ever recover from a bomb blast close range in your face it took a lot to relive this and just write about its very traumatic and painful traumatic events severe traumatic headaches I just pray for our troops the casualties innocent women and children civilians I am reminded of my wearing wires pregnant for the FBI going into hostage situation awaiting to be killed that day finally came seated behind a bomb with enough force to blow my brains out through my eye a contract hit on my life for my America poetry revenge attack on confidential human source I know am very blessed God bless the Traumatic Brain Injury association and God Bless America
