Poem

I walk through the door of time
Trying to get something’s off my mind
The passage was clear
and hope was flying in the air
I felt my heart beating and my spirit
searching for new meaning, I keep
going through doors after doors until
there was no more doors so
I took a shortcut  with the wind
to get a feel of what was happening 
a large crowd had gather in the square
and some dignitary were holding a meeting over  there;
everything was dead silent
and not a sound could be heard,
and for that brief moment a presence
came on the scene with a  box of book
and gave everyone a copy and smile
and left the  scene, the meeting ended
 and those inside start shaking hands and
silent whispers went from the kitchen sink
and circulate the town about
a wedding to take place at noon
no one knew the bride or groom
but the wedding guest was pouring in
and the crowd got excited and left the square 
and gather in the ball room over there, 
cars were rolling in and town was filled
with laughter and glee,
everyone was invited to attend the wedding like 
I could see the great Gatsby gallivanting in heaven
Free food , free drink and specials every Friday.
the mouths keep moving and people were talking
but I could  not understood the real meaning 
The men in the corner giggle underneath their breath 
while Charity stood firm in front of the door 
 stretching out their hands towards the floor 
and the guest dig deep in their purse
 and fill the basket with charity money. 
The people were asking for more 
and money keep rolling in
 and the wedding choir began to sing.
the traffic had moved to the other side
And the people were waiting inside;
the door is open in  front of you just
walk right in and your dream will come true.
