Poem
In the twilight of my inner realm, where shadows weave intricate tales, I wander through the corridors of my mind, a silent observer of my own despair, A passionate obsession with the outside world, the private lives of others, A futile attempt to fill the void, to compensate for the lack of meaning in my own existence. Through the misty veil of my thoughts, I glimpse the lives of strangers, Their joys, their sorrows, a tapestry of emotions unfolding before my eyes, Like a moth drawn to the flame, I am captivated, entranced by their stories, Seeking solace in their experiences, as if their lives could breathe life into my own. I am a ghost in the grand theater of the world, watching from the shadows, The passionate dramas of others, their loves, their betrayals, their triumphs and defeats, Each scene a mirror reflecting the emptiness within, a desperate search for purpose, Their lives, a kaleidoscope of colors, while mine remains a canvas of gray. In the labyrinth of my consciousness, I chase the fleeting shadows of meaning, A perpetual wanderer, lost in the echoes of other people's dreams, Their passions, their obsessions, a symphony of life that I long to join, Yet, my own heart beats in a solitary rhythm, a lonely drum in the vast silence. Through the windows of my soul, I peer into the vibrant world outside, A realm of endless possibilities, of stories waiting to be told, But my gaze is drawn to the lives of others, as if by understanding their paths, I might discover the missing pieces of my own fragmented puzzle. Their lives are a constellation of stars, shining brightly in the night sky, Each one a beacon of hope, of passion, of purpose, And I, a solitary wanderer, am left to navigate the darkness, Searching for a light to guide me, to fill the void within. In the quiet moments of introspection, I realize the futility of my quest, For no amount of external fascination can fill the emptiness inside, The meaning I seek must come from within, from the depths of my own soul, A journey of self-discovery, of embracing the shadows and the light. And so, I turn inward, to the uncharted realms of my own heart, To explore the hidden chambers, the forgotten dreams, the silent yearnings, For in the labyrinth of my inner world, lies the key to my salvation, A passionate obsession with my own life, a quest for meaning that only I can fulfill. In this silent reverie, I find a glimmer of hope, a spark of purpose, A realization that the outside world, the private lives of others, Are but reflections of my own potential, a mirror of what could be, If I dare to embrace my own journey, to find meaning in my own existence.
