Then I heard the voice of the LORD saying,"Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said,"Here I am. Send me!" He said,"Go and tell this people: "'Be ever hearing, but never understanding; be ever seeing, but never perceiving..." Isaiah 6:8-9 NIV This is not an account of how the LORD, God told Noah how to build the ark.*** This is the account of Noah Genesis 6:17-22 (part two) NIV "I am going to bring flood waters upon the earth to destroy all life under the heavens, every creature that has the breath of life in it. Everything on earth will perish. But I will establish my covenant with you, and you will enter the ark---you and your sons, and your wife, and your son's wives with you. You are to bring into the ark two of all living creatures, male and female, to keep them alive with you. Two of every kind of bird, and of every kind of animal and every kind of creature that moves along the ground will come to you to be kept alive. You are to take every kind of food that is to be eaten and store it away for food for you and them." Noah, did everything just as God commanded him. The Call of Abram Genesis 12:6-13 (part two) NIV Abram traveled through the land as far as the great tree of Moreh at Shechem. At that time the Canaanites were in the land. 'The LORD appeared to Abram and said,"To your offspring I will give this land."So he built and alter to the LORD. Than Abram set out and continued to the Negev. (This is not an account of them in Egypt.) Abram and Lot separate So, Abram said to Lot,"Let's not have any quarrels between you and me, or between your herdsmen and mine, for we are brothers. Is not the whole land before you? Let's part company. If you go to the left, I'll go to the right; if you go right; I'll go to the left. Lot looked up and saw the whole plain of the Jordan was well watered, like the garden of the LORD; like the land of Egypt, towards Zoar. (This is before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah) So Lot choose for himself the whole plain of Jordan and set out towards the east. The two men parted company. Abram lived in the land of Canaan, while Lot lived among the cities of the plain and pitched his tents towards Sodom. Now the men of Sodom were wicked and were sinning greatly towards the LORD. Samuel anoints David 1 Samuel 16:2-3 part two NIV 'I have come to sacrifice to the LORD. Invite Jessie to the sacrifice, and I will show you what to do.
