Falling away into the deep end
Following you just for the mere mend
Honestly, I die everyday in your arms
Wish you could see you do me no harm

I need your inner glow to help me out here
I need your inner glow to give me pure cheer
I need your inner glow to give me no fear
I need your inner glow without shedding a tear

Let my bold wings fly
Let me love you before I die
Where do I truly begin
When my end begins to win?
Shadows and reflections haunt me so, taunt me so
Shoot away the scars in my unbearable soul of distress
Who knows what direction I’ll turn to though
When I am lost in my skin of ugly doubtfulness
Help me with your inner glow
To get me out of the darkness
Your radiant river’s fearless flow
Gives me solaceful progress

Calling you on the phone again
Follow my footsteps into the unknown
And make progress in my den
Of my longing of your inner glow alone
