Poem
I don't want to. You are the light that pierced my dark soul, A rainbow in stormy times, but also the bitter breeze of regret. My heart fed on the crumbs of your love, But now those same crumbs are like shards of glass in my chest. I searched for falling stars in your eyes, And found endless nights in the snares of longing. I don't want to tread in places scattered with broken memories, To hear songs that carry the echo of your laughter. In the beats of my heart, your memory still resounds, But I want to bury these tremors under a clear sky, To free my soul, to untie the knots of pain, To forget the tearful dance, fulfilling the spell of separation. The magic of melancholy intertwines with the bitter longing, In a dream crushed by cold and painful reality. I loved you like a chimera, an unshakable mystery, But I no longer want to walk the same thorny paths. Under the silent moonlight, I will find peace in the shadows, In the cloak of night, I will lose the voices of the past. I don't want to reminisce about the glory and suffering that defined us, I want to drown in forgetfulness and be bound to the future. So, let me close the doors of the enchanted past, To step into new dawns without the pain of love's remnants. I don't want to seek the stars in your eyes, I don't want to know the taste of past love's bitterness anymore. I don't want to make you cry again, To share my tears and pain with you. I don't want us to fall again into the abyss of these feelings, Fear keeps me away from the spell of our past love. In a new sky, without the shadows of past love, I will find my peace, singing melancholy in solitude. May the magic of forgetting embrace us, turning the pages of life, In a silent symphony of hidden redemption.
