April 18 Praises to God Bible Meditations Based on 1Kings 18-20

Key Verse – 1Kings 18:24 And call ye on the name of your gods, and I will call on the name of the LORD: and the God that answereth by fire, let him be God. And all the people answered and said, It is well spoken.

PRAISE BE TO GOD WHO ANSWERS BY HIS FIERY POWER	

Praise be to God for answering by His fiery power while we:
Fear Him, worshipping Him reverentially
Flee to His will for reconciliation 
Follow His ways with rejoicing 
Fuel our faith by His wise restoration
Fight against futility and folly through His Word responsibly   

1Kings 19:7 Praise be to the Lord Who propels  
our triumphant journey with His touch: 
Commencing salvation-security along His purpose
Creating strength-seal with His power
Calling for service-sincerity in His presence 
Commanding submission and surrender toward His plan  
Cleansing sin-stains through His pardon
 
1Kings 20:28 Praise be to the Saviour for 
letting us know Him, our Lord Who:
Defends us by His ministerial victory
Delivers us with His mercy from vulnerability  
Despises our mischief and violations 
Directs our meekness toward valour   
Defies our might of vain value. Amen!
