Driven insane by sorrow, there’s no tomorrow to cure it…
Honestly, I’m in vain and so guilty…feeling way less than legit…
I’m holding you close in my optimism and its memories along with it
Torn apart by negative vibes and strifeful, pitiful thoughts of feeling lost — I admit

The peaceable breeze of ease, of ease, of ease blows on
So, please…please…oh please, at the break of dawn,
Give me freedom and serenity
Please free me for an eternity

That’s my only plea —
To set all of me at ease, at ease, at ease
And for you to be free
Remember me and my good side please

I’ve been lost for so long…for so long, so long
I’ve been in the wrong, in the wrong, in the wrong 
Belonging in hope’s happiness and joyousness
Distress, more or less, repeats itself in hopelessness
Yesterday’s shadows consume me through and through 
The future is bleak, yet I feel oh so weak
Dismal dismay, today, will not wreck my love for you so true
God’s hope and healing as I silently speak

The peaceable breeze of ease, of ease, of ease blows on
So, please…please…oh please, at the break of dawn,
Give me freedom and serenity

God gave me a brain of benevolence Satan tries to drown me with turbulence
Anxious as hell and all alone, I feel, deep down
Paranoia and voices inside make me frown
Loneliness leaves lamentable feelings cold in the freezer of my past
But, God warms my heart and soul and mind and His love for me is vast
I just want to curl up in the covers of my comfort and cheer
I want to be happier than I was last year and have no fear

Difficulties blows wanderously into the breeze of ease
As I see the palm trees sway away inner grief
Sensitivities come and go, so do me a favor and please
Let go and let God like you said to me in relief

I’m a wanderlust stranger on a deserty adventure to the darksome unknown
I’m sorry, I repent of all my wrongdoings and I’m sorry for sinning on my own
Held you in my arms and your strength-worthy strongness makes me grin up a super-bittersweet storm
Held you in my arms and your angst-beaten loneliness belongs with me and keeps me oh so warm

I feel like a loser and somewhat of a winner
I am a gift and a curse in reverse…let me reimburse evil with godliness that’s good
I am truly sorry for being a hateful, selfish sinner
I don’t mean to be spiteful and rude with mean attitude, but I feel misunderstood
Embolden me with brazen grace
Leave me with a meaningful trace
Encourage me to move on a little longer
Because I feel like giving up and self-injure

I can’t afford Your mercy upon my weary, teary, lost-forgotten soul
Im not bored of the muse of Your placid Kingdom
Father of truth, drown the lies from my mind’s eye and make me whole

Can’t lie — I’m so far from perfection and flawless, righteous ways
I say goodbye to the scars of my past and I live in the now these days
I’m an awful person to hurt you and lead you astray with my words
Wish and pray you’d forgive me and let go of remorse like caged birds,
Longing to be free in the breeze of ease and oh Lord, give me true Destination
Please escape from the chains of disdainful disease of mere frustration

Because I’m glowing and blowing and growing like tranquility trees
I seek You more than treasuries of plenty
Free me for an eternity — that’s my only plea
