Poem
Search my heart and see what you can find, search my heart and meet with the divine, I have been locked up in this cold secluded place for many years, waiting on the sun to shine on my face, the day is moving with the rhythm of the ocean and my spirit is moving in harmony with the wind. You have made several trips and leave me here and silently mumbling in your throat that you care. You came to this place many times, but you stood on top of the road in disguise and tell the wind to tell me that I am not going anywhere, I could not see you, but I could feel you. When I met you, you were pure, and your innocence almost drove me through the door, but you changed suddenly when you mastered the game. You started listening to gibberish, useless gossips and start writing your own manuscript, you consult with the dumb and inbred and mingle with the dead and you never say thanks or show your appreciation, but I continue to support your ambitions, you married the “old man” and he raped you and left you in the cold, bare ocean with nothing to share. It wasn’t about love; it was all about power and I began to read you hour by hour. You talk about me every day yet you never call or come to see me and so I continue the journey in the deep. You treat me with indignation and talk of me as though I was a fictitious character in a book or a side note on the corner of your journal page circled in blue ink and you glance over it when you are not on the stage, but you never understood what the message says. Sometimes I feel awfully alone when there is no space to walk around, I find a little spot in the back yard but the laden greed around the corner and the weapon on top of the hill disturbs my emotion and cause my spirit to grieve. I just want to climb the mountain and absorb fresh air and cry out to the skies and make my spirit come alive, darkness lurks around the shore and the universe is asking for more. Show me the length and breadth of the ocean and contemplate the vastness of the sea and lay your head in my lap and touch the delicacy in me. I have fed you for so long and you have got to join the band, I will wait on top of the mountain for you until your dream come through. Some dreams are meant to live alone, and other can be fitted with a crown, I love to take long walks in the hills and listen to nature as it sings. There is so much out there that I have not seen, I know that the universe is waiting for me, and somewhere in the wilds the little bird that was in the pack is in the bushes waiting to be rescued, oh my heart ache when I cannot communicate with you. Everything around is resonated in the deep and the journey is almost complete, come and live with me and I will write the next chapter for thee.
