El ambiente del Mediterraneo 

Where one finds the people proud, 
One finds a harmonious crowd. 
The light of the people, the fidelity of tradition. 
The people of the triumphant are victorious with ambition. 

Where colours of the past and lights of resilience are reflected, 
Amongst the unity of the people, a way of life is protected. 
The celebration of a nation that was never compliant, 
Solid in its cultural alliance. 

The beauty nourished by the blue water of the Mediterranean sea
Her elements, her stories fuel them, they call to me. 
Traditional dress, music, the scent of the azar, 
All dance together to the strum of the Spanish guitar.

The people stand taller, their smiles brighter 
When the flames of the past begin to burn, they simply fly their flag higher. 
They came from conquerors, tyrants, gypsies and nobility
They are what has become of their ancestry. 

So go out into this vast world and carry with you the spirit from which you came. 
You are what is left, they are now the embers and you are now the flame. 
Rejoice in the celebration of your blood, you will guide what is to come
Rejoice in what grew you, rejoice in where you are from.
