Protected by having
in an industry of lovers
he proceeds to ply
between two things i
characters together
heirs to assignment
cohorts of work
trouble through the details
sort out the duties
define there roles
championing each cause
might they labor
thus in toil must they
labor!
When we are obligated to come

1 flank steak pounded thin
mix in a bowl
3 tablespoons of bacon grease
5 crushed cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of chopped onion
two olive oil
2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 cup of feta 
1 chopped jalapeno pepper
1/2 of drained dice spinach
1 T of honey
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 tablespoon of fish stock
1/4 cup of parmesan
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
1 egg yolk
mix in a bowl, mix though and smooth.
cover flank steak
roll the steak and use skewers and make lollipops
broil each side to desired donnest..

 3 cups of smashed cooked lima beans
1/2 heavy cream
1 stick of butter
1 cup of sauteed slice mushrooms
1/4 of cooked bacon bits or ham
1/2 cup of diced asparagus diced 
1 Tablespoon of rosemary
4 T of crushed garlic
mix and
serve under the steak
with a dollop of sour cream
and chives.............
