I am my own worse enemy at best
I never could pass loves test 
Nobody knows me
I am the one nobody can see
Maybe that is what it means to be free
So many emotions I could never understand
Is love not grand
Turned my back
Did not need love to be on the attack
Found nobody I wanted
Memories of empty nights haunted
flaunted 
What I could never find
Fear of being left behind
Finding someone true
Something I never knew
Some chances I blew
Have no binding ties
Friendship always flies
No matter how hard one tries
So long alone
My hearts has turned to stone
So many things to see
The possibilty of things that I  would never let come to be
All a part of being free
Memories in my mind
Of so many times being left behind
I find
I have grown  lonely
Seems I'm my one and only
Finding fault in everyone I met
My fate was set
So hard to please
Never at ease
At least I know why
Cause I was to afraid to try
Afraid I would cry
Lost and afraid to be found
No one around
Silence is such a lonely sound
It is all on me
And my search to stay free
Lead me here
And I fear
I look back
When lonely is on the attack
All I see
Love will never be
Hearts are never free
The past
Things that did not last
Memories keep me in jail
My own self made well
All the things that will never be
I will never see
Cause I wished to stay free
