Rumi Verse: The universe is not outside of you. Look inside yourself, everything that you want you already are. ______________________________________ Phenotype-inherited flaw chimera fantasy flurry forth flamboyantly secretive, lambent, and wassail, steely eyes scan a vast gray abyss gnarled thumbs on icy glass black hooks spun by water tides ceaselessly track time, while being clever wishing for an elegant silver tongue I vociferously promote morality, excess hormones will lead to acne soon dewy dreams, and a thorny itch first crush, thrill—a mild kiss a fancy fumbled fresh, fluffy filly love then arose torn love and memory after that, work unfolded, I abandoned the nest to raise my brood humanly inspired, I flirt with betrayal, My family life and unity ruined me spiral declines with time I'm slipping irreversibly into oblivion. Assess my dalliance surely again peaks, where skeptic sight was useless wu wei-style, dolce far niente, demure, reflective virtues In desultory stances to an untrained eye, seems diaphanous I handled tasks with ebullience to re-energize and invigorate a sky full of stars sense of lush grass underfoot air is scented with jasmine, soaking it all in and letting it swirl realizing I am one with nature all my atoms are universe holograms fugacious furtive, never aghast, after hearing planetary music I feel its awe-inspiring forbearance with two powerful legs and gab freedom inspires me to waltz no challenge is too bountiful, I walk joyfully as they unfold no matter where it takes me, I'm there. I often reset my mind, over life's fine imbrication mourning icy loss of passion as a myth warmly honoring my spirit with a glass Imbibing libations in honor of death, I recede into shades of labyrinthine scan synthetic love's eerie apex plastic people whiz from afar I drink excessively to dream I felt jolted in my dizzy daze Frames, drawings, and pots in disarray eyes pleading, walls licking fire demon-gazing bloody hands smirking faces—were once family, fearful, thwarted, distraught, duped lost innocence—a painful, ugly truth once-made hands—jealous seraphim scars cross—in quilt stitching, no beauty remains—it was stolen a wounded angel—still stands and pondering—why no one realize this? blue-tinged seashore memory, engulfing my sorrow alone wondering where years went dreams soared, days atrophied, prey ripped shaping, bribing, cheating—even for clay, tears of silence dwindled—shadowed my life.
