Poem
This year 2024 is an opportunity to reflect on the previous year past and set new goals for the next 12 months ahead. We must always look back at all the important work that has been accomplished and how we want to build on that moving forward, but we also must begin brainstorming about what will be new and different in our lives for the next 12 months. None of what we do would be possible without our trust in the Lord. He gives great resources of favor and ideas as we put our trust in Him. In 2023 as we look back at the story of our lives of missing the mark of what God gave us to overcome the trap the enemy place before us. That’s why I personally will not make any New Year Resolution, but work on the old. “You must love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.” All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”(Matthew 22:37–40) It is about connecting to who you are already and living your life according to that which God has placed within you. Those moments, when we open ourselves consciously to what we actually feel and long for, are very powerful. And I personally believe that is what He has placed deep down inside of us from the beginning. Note: Do your own research of what the below points mean to you and you will find the solution to your questions concerning your lives. I believe that the Scriptures will answer ALL your questions: 1. Focus on your goals, values and beliefs... 2. Keep a journal to help you express your deepest thoughts and feelings… 3. Read inspiring stories or essays to unearth insights and philosophies that can enrich your life… 4. Be open to new experiences. ... 5. Look at what's good in yourself and others… 6. Develop the courage to face your fears. … 7. Define and embrace your strengths. … 8. Practice, practice, and practice mindfulness. … 9. Volunteer in help others… I call this ‘Connecting With Your Deepest Self’. Note: If I listed anything incorrect, thank you for your correction.
