Poem
Humanity is destined to dissolve when fear consumes the minds of timid kings. Such pandering lets lunacy evolve and impotence is forced to face its sting. An evil wind, with blustering conceit, embarks to stage aggressions at your gate, ‘tis but a ruse arranged with clear deceit to validate a rationale for hate. The world could hear the howling of the beast who lies in wait, preparing for the kill. With trembling hearts, it watched him stalk his feast then hoped him sated, once it had his fill. But freedom tolls the bells of sacrifice as gluttony concedes to avarice. As gluttony concedes to avarice, its consequence has gathered at your door. Dare not to taunt had been the moot advice from all whom feared this beast would want for more. ‘Tis but a pawn that pacifies a brute intent upon deception and demise. Submissiveness shall crumble ‘neath his boot as egotism claims another prize. As rolling thunder stormed your feeble gate devouring your land with iron awe, your paper horses crumbled ‘neath the weight as fate stood by and watched your kingdom fall. To passive allies pressing for resolve, ‘twas but a blunder seeking to absolve. ‘Twas but a blunder seeking to absolve as turpitude from Hell purloined your heart. The hopefulness no longer would revolve around the light, as doleful days impart. Oh’ Poland pray, for Satan has arrived, your fortitude, this beast must not control, and though besieged, your courage has survived, let not the terror decimate your soul. But days of fire consumed the hearts and minds of innocence conceding to the flames, as tolerance ignored the heinous signs, a number from the beast replaced their names. His evil seeks its limit to entice a giant fast asleep in paradise. A giant fast asleep in paradise bears not the pain of European soil. ‘Tis but a bane to watch a closing vise annihilate all trapped within the boil. Though allies reared to lend their tepid aid, ‘twas only at their least did they engage, for they knew well the message he conveyed and readied arms to face the evil rage. But no alliance slowed the iron awe with dire intent to pierce the Polish heart, ‘twas but a thorn that pricked the lion’s paw and such reply, his vengeance would impart. The East awakes as destinies collide, and to the West, as continents divide. And to the West, as continents divide, a giant sleeps, content in solitude. But tempers stir when grievances collide; seems nothing on this Earth will war exclude. A looming fog, that drifts upon the wind, has cloaked the world with what shall come to past, and no remorse will wash away the sin for all atone when Judgement’s net is cast. Reprisal holds no bias in its wake for even Satan faces judgement’s call, ‘tis evident considering the snake that taunted sin was ever doomed to crawl. To all abiding, neutral to the fray, a blitzkrieg wipes your innocence away.
