Poem
A blitzkrieg wipes your innocence away and only heaven’s hand can help you now. Your counterparts lie trepid to the fray, for they can sense the wolfen on the prowl. Oh dear Poland, there’ll be no recompense as death, unbridled, sweeps across your soil, ‘tis merely hate, disguised as self defense for bigotry has let the snake uncoil. A sleeping world must open wide its eyes for time of retribution has come due. Hold fast dear Poland, heaven hears your cries and only days of war shall see you through. For fear this beast will reach the channel tide, the French and English rally by your side. The French and English rally by your side to front the swift vehemence of his surge. ‘Tis nay enough, though fire and steel collide, to stave assail and fend the vicious scourge. Infernal screams of doom fall from the sky engulfing all within each city wall, and as they burn, a helpless world stands by as clouds of war become a shrouded pall. All hope is scorched, it scatters to the wind as subjugation grips your Nation’s soul, and quiet schemes of slaughtering begin as purity becomes his manic goal. For you dear Poland, the quailing world will pray with frail intent to keep the beast at bay. With frail intent to keep the beast at bay, vehemence pillaged innocence at will. Collected flocks were crassly marched away to maximize a systematic kill. A master plan to end semitic dreams instilled the mindless fiends that hailed the flame. ‘Twas but deceit, as oligarchy schemes, to seed a cause for all the world to blame. His vengeance roared unleashing hate within from retribution stemming from defeat. A nation torn would forcibly amend as reparations lended it deplete. A passive world has answered Poland’s call though isolation stilled the hearts of all. Though isolation stilled the hearts of all, the cries of war were heard throughout the land. And, though demise of Poland would befall, the Slavic heart avowed to beat again. A resonance arose to front the rail of devastation coursing through Her veins, ‘twas taut resistance seeking to avail her flailing force and salvage Her remains. But ursine greed charged in to claim its piece as gluttony let evil prides converge, and any hope to resurrect would cease as two voracious coalitions merge. The caterers of peace cannot deny ‘twas but a foolish ploy to pacify. ‘Twas but a foolish ploy to pacify a savage beast seeking to devour. As weakness reeked, its pangs would amplify the hunger that intensified its power. When blood was let it flowed without remorse to feed the lust that roiled a craving mind. It pressed the Bear to join the beast in force and soon their brutal claws are intertwined. Another front had opened to the East unleashing lightning, ripping you apart. The mighty Bear had partnered with the Beast and as they fed it drained your beating heart. A watching world must answer to the call for soon the rains of destiny will fall.
