Been searching around
Nothing yet found
Don't know where I'm bound
Looking for my space
Must of fell out of grace
Wondering who am I to be lost in place
Stuck in time
Without a dime
Wishing for my day to come
I feel better off than some
But it has taken so long
Same ol song
Of life gone wrong
And once upon a time
Like some old nursery rhyme
I had wished for love
Maybe a sign from above
I have wished upon a fallen star
Nothing so far
I hold on to my desire
To lift myself up higher
Not to lose my inner fire
So much I wish to be
Too see
Life lessons I have learned
Love yet earned
Learning I have to be me
To be free
The understanding of myself
Will be my greatest wealth
Accepting being alone, 
No love shown
But hope has still grown
One day
Find the right words to say
Life will fall into place
Wear a smile on this face
Wish that day was now
But I'm still leaning the how
So I keep going forward
Toward
To what, I do not know
My time will some day show
Untill then I'll continue to grow
Searching to find me
That is how I will be free
Open my heart
Everyday is a new start
Stepping past the fear
Overcoming any tear
No matter how hard is my way
Strength to make it  through another day
Fear of the unknown
I will survive, time has shown
I am but a child all grown
Things I so want
Fears that haunt
Times I feel so lonely
Am I my one and only
I have found
Falling tears make no sound
Pain has my heart bound
But I stand tall
Afraid to fall
There I may stay
Lose my way
I see nothing worth this fight
But I stay in the light
The darkness I fear
Is always near
Inside me
It will always be
Makes it hard to see
Becomes hard to care
So hard to bare
This pain inside
The times I have cried
Life has lied
Tomorrow.... Some coming tomorrow
This land of no sorrow
I must find
For my own peace of mind
Who am I
I am the man who can still cry
Who still thinks he can fly
But afraid to leave the ground 
Till I'm heaven bound
Who am I
To reach so high
Still I am afraid I will fall
But I shall give it my all
Only fail when I don't try
Wishing for a happy tear to cry
Before I die
Then watch me fly
