Poem
It feels like winter is running up my spine sending a message that is divine, I can feel that tender touch when eyes meet eyes in the morning rush, and the music come alive drenching my bones with a special heat mixing sweat with the winter breeze and the little ones with that steadfast stare, running up and down the yard with mischief in their book. I can hear your voice yonder and visualize your deep emotion as you wait for that special answer; you have carved out your dream on the tree next to the concrete house that stands alone in the back house. The garden is laden with crab grass and the old man has spread his dreams on a wooden cross in fine prints and the cellar in the old wooden house where the dogs used to shout lays the hole in the center of the woods, it is covered with leaves and old rotten trees. Just clear the path and you will find that age old history. The great big ocean is standing tall with the skies hanging over it and the clouds moving slowly away from it and beyond the clouds lies the mystery, it feels like someone has just touched you and you don’t know what to do, it happen in your sleep when you were locked in a silent dream. I sat down and think about everything and it makes me want to sing. The imagery was so profound it made my stomach crawl when the earth meets in the center and connects with the four corners. The sun, the moon, and star will tell you about it all, you have got to join circle and put a wedge in the ground. I can feel the chills when you look at me from a distance, heavens will write a note for you and put it in your bosom; heaven will kiss your weary lips and fill your pocket with olives’. I Can feel the chills it spreads all over the daffodil .I can feel the chill when I looked at you from my window sill.
