in church congregate
our sins God did consummate
new life will be grrreat

when I cleaned up ground
it will look nice all around
being safe and sound

my house seems so swell
nice not looking like pure hell
in love with have fell

has been nice having house,
driveway and walkway cleaned
off again.

Had been three years since
we had things cleaned by
Pristine Pressure Washing.

Now need things touched up
and pergola repaired and
screen top replaced and
tops of rails replaced with
PVC, burned out light bulb
in kitchen replaced, lining
under garage door replaced,
Paint chairs and swing,
paint structure around the
heating/air conditioning.

Will have Paul my great
repair and maintenance
person check things out.

Joel Patterson is our
landscaper and need
him to check things out
regarding cutting/trimming/
replacing and fertilizing.

Anthony Straw Water/
Irrigation Specialist needs
to keep us updated
regarding grass watering



Water flowed under front
door and weather stripping
needs to be replaced.
Torn Insulation in attic
needs to be replaced.
Commode on 2d floor
needs to be replaced.

Need landscaper to aureate,
put down pre-emergence and
fertilizer and fill in blank spaces 
with new sod. Also, need him
to trim azaleas.

Have fresh pine needles that
have fallen off of our pine
trees. Need to lay it down in
areas around house.

Continually picking up pine
cones is also a necessity..
Have flower seed to be
put down.
