Poem
So few words, yet so full of meaning An ache only heard by the believing, So few words, yet so much inspiration, Stirring up the world, never deceiving So few words, yet a bottomless secret, These are words of those deeply grieving… So few dreams, yet so rich, like a wild love Filled with inspirations, stirring up such grace, So few dreams, yet abiding in the spirit Alive with hues of melodies sweet, an embrace So few dreams, yet the light can be felt By the heart who needs to see God’s face…. So few moments, yet time will stand still For the heart who hears gentle faith inside, So few moments, yet there is a silent truth Abiding in the spirit who won’t be denied, So few moments, yet a knowing comes alive Stirring awake the songs of hope who’ve cried… So few prayers, yet answers bring tender praise Overcoming the darkness with faith so true, So few prayers, yet peace rises from the words Inspiring hearts to surrender to feeling brand new, So few prayers, yet time will stand still for sincerity Who shares its verity with hope we can look to… So few natural beauties, yet there is still a beauty Beyond our imagining, beauty that simply amazes, So few natural beauties, yet there is nature’s smile Tenderly erasing the shadows with love that blazes, So few natural beauties, yet there is so much to love Magnificent as the ocean, brilliant as honest praises… So few reasons, yet there is a reason to give From the heart, all the joy that is yours to share, So few reasons, yet it’s reasonable to feel blessed By the songs of grace, the miracles so rare, So few reasons, yet believing in love means life To those who feel lost in the fading despair… So few seasons, yet the seasons sing their song Racing to remember the past, singing their praise, So few seasons, yet there is a peace in each one Rising from mountains, in the seas, in nature’s maze, So few seasons, yet dreams are moved by their charms Glistening in the stars, reflecting a breathless daze. So few days, yet these memories will remain Always bringing their smiles, their expressions, So few days, yet reminiscing silences doubts Keeping the heart alive with lasting impressions, So few days, yet there is love that strengthens Arising from the soul who knows, despite the questions… God has all the answers and all we need to do is believe Because, with Him, there will never be a reason to grieve!
