If it's up and down bipolar movement
with arms versus legs,
it's Yang male energy,
and potentially horned up
and/or out-sized survival.

If it's side to side dipolar,
it's Yin synergy,
all about love
surfing liberally up,
vulnerably unfolding out,
and conservatively back down
refolding in
for resonant thrival

Up against bad
and mad
with bent sad body
gathering in
self-defensive down
deep root systemic protection,
intending resiliently glad revival.

If I'm sitting silently inside
feeling unconditional warm mind/body
deep listening appreciation
