Key Verse – John 1:1-2 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God.

LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY LIFE’S GREAT BEGINNING			

Lord God, You are my life’s great Beginning 
as well as my radiant Light
Thank You for Your brightness that shines in Your powerful might
Indeed revealing Your glory and truth-height
Which I witness through Your grace-delight.

Lord God, You are my life’s great Beginning 
as well as my Scriptural law Giver
Thank You for Your justice that rebukes my shallow confession as a deceiver
Indeed declaring Your prophecy to me in being Your precept-receiver
Which I consider to straighten me, Your believer.

Lord God, You are my life’s great Beginning 
as well as my Upholder for my stand
Thank You for Your principle that is worthy of my submission to Your demand
Indeed shouting Your Lamb’s sacrificial deed so grand
Which I need to follow based on Your command.

Lord God, You are my life’s great Beginning 
as well as my heavenly Guide
Thank You for Your direction that comes from Holy Ghost does confide
Indeed interpreting Your revelation where I abide
Which I find in Your Word I can’t hide.

Lord God, You are my life’s great Beginning 
as well as my calling’s Authority
Thank You for Your love that brings me in Your guarding security
Indeed asserting Your perfect will of steadfast stability
Which I acknowledge in ascending toward spiritual maturity.

Lord God, You are my life’s great Beginning 
as well as my Source of purification
Thank You for Your sanctification that purges my corruption
Indeed bearing Your governing instruction
Which I continue to obey along Your miracles’ manifestation.

Lord God, You are my life’s great Beginning 
as well as my Nurturer of my stewardship
Thank You for Your zeal that cares for me around Your fellowship
Indeed confirming Your presence midst Your divine friendship
Which I testify about in my faithful discipleship.
