Poem

I'm not dressed for the mud
But this path drew me in
I could turn back, maybe I should
But I'm dodging the din

The quiet of the farm track
That leads me back home
Not really wandering
But essence of the roam

I need to gather my thoughts
Establish if today is the day
I pull myself together
Keep harm at bay

I'll be talking to an expert
Or someone trained at least
I just need to get my worry out
Before I'm consumed by the beast

I know my issue
Is the half thought run riot
If I get enough of them out
I can bathe in the quiet

I don't particularly care
About image per se
But like to prove I can show up
If my mood swung that way

Self evaluation 
A poem about nothing much
Just the need to recalibrate
And transcendental thrust

But it seems that I placed a banana in my bag
It got squashed between my laptop 
And note book
I don't think I'm the new improved version
Just yet :)
