Poem
In the beginning, all that was, was living light eternal Vibrant in time and space dissolved ineffable peace Pulsating endlessly in a singularity transcendental Sans identity, with no attribute, we were and still are One without a second, awareness self-aware Feeling complete thus, as a receptor of God’s light Our true essence, made in God’s image, in heaven Required no coming or going or doing to be done To be enabled as a transmitter of love and light That we may do on earth as it is in heaven We, as the individuated essence of God, consented To lessen ourselves by entering a realm of duality With memory erased and awareness differentiated That by first descending and then ascending We garner knowledge of sunken vibrations Co-creating with God therein, His sublime luminosity Thus, what is termed in the scriptures as fall from grace Is in truth merely polarisation of our eternal light That dwelling in this density upon earth in organic form We feel pang of separation as also the joy of union Recognising that agape love is the only unifying force Yet with the veil of forgetting plunging us in deep trance We begin to believe decaying mind-body as our true self Failing to comprehend that ego identity is but an interface With this preamble, the conceptual understanding is clear That if the baton of our awareness lies in hands of the ego Our soul, whose light is veiled, is forced to live in darkness Cause of our suffering being a shadow cast by lower mind Then just as narrated in Plato’s allegory of the cave Bemused by illusions, we trauma bond with delusion Conjuring imaginary worlds speaking of sin, birthing anguish Fearing hell, being but an untruth holding us in captivity Given our piquant dilemma, our fate seems sealed but not quite In His infinite wisdom, God has instilled in us His love and light He speaks to us as the voice of conscience in soft whispers However, to communicate with God, we must internalise attention For which the incessant chatter of thought spirals must cease Thoughts in turn are spawned by misaligned desires of our heart Therefore to enter silence, we must meld with the vast void Poised in a state of no-mind, attentive and receptive, we awaken The blueprint now known, we must choose to walk the path It is a journey without movement to wake up in this lucid dream All that it takes is to first recognise we are not merely this form The next step is to do nothing, save remaining in tranquil stillness Just as water seeks its own level, divine magnetism is drawn in Hitherto dormant nodes within form are energised by Holy Spirit Polarities separated during our descent, reunite creating bliss In timeless time ego falls away and we reclaim inner light of Self
