Poem
When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the alter the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God and the testimony that they had maintained. Than they called out in a loud voice, "How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?" Commentary They are not the church aged saints because we have already been raptured prior to the arrival of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Occurring during the first four seal judgments. They are commonly referred to as (the first fruits) of the tribulation saints. The church is not mentioned because the church is absence and is in heaven. Then each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait a little longer, until the member of their fellow servants and brothers were to be killed as they had been was completed. I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun had turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as late figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. The sky receded like a scroll, rolling up, and every mountain and island was removed out of its place. Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and every slave and every free man his in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. They called to the mountains and the rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?" Commentary It should be noted that every island and every mountain had been moved out of its place during the great earth quake. Some scholars claim they ceased to exist and that those people were only wishing the rocks and the mountains would fall on them and hide them from the the wrath of the Lamb. While others claim they do just exactly that, but they all agree: "They would rather have the mountains and the rocks bury them alive than call upon the Lamb of God to save them!" Next up is the 144,000 Jews sealed from the twelve tribes of Israel. They are protected from the wrath of the Lamb! But, during the middle portion of the book of Revelation, they are beheaded by the Anti-christ. Who has become the beast and the son of perdition because he is indwelt by Satan, himself. after he gets assassinated. Roxanne Lea Dubarry Roxy Lea 1954/ October Country September 18, 2023
