My world, You know
My heart, my deepest thoughts
My dreams and my goals,
My memories and joys,
My feelings and my doubts,
With You, I’m an open book
And there, written on the first page….

Your love, displayed
With truth and faith, hope
Unending grace, the way
The embrace of beautiful
Far more alive than the trembling
Smiles, the gentling of light,

Your love creates inside me
The music, the poetry, the rhythms
The meaning of serenity,
The inspiration that stirs in me…
A reason to sincerely believe.

You bring out feelings that persuade me…
To pray to You, my Savior,
The One who is writing my story
With the ink of sweetest grace,
The wonder and the faith,
On pages of kindness and praise,
Promising me a way… through
Every fear – as You write Your way
Through all my doubts and pains,
Comforting and creating a beautiful
Story, a brilliant wonder, a lifetime 
Love that is sent down from above

A story so wonderful, so good
It glistens through the ink, Your blood
Poured out on the empty pages,
With amazing grace, the second chance,
The miracles never fading away,
The mystery still alive and well, promising
The heart that it will be filled…
With laughter and peace, whispers of light
Silencing all the worries, drying every tear,
Making a way through this life, each year…

A time to listen to the sing-song memories,
The memories revealing the time spent,
Loving the One who made a way…
Past the doubts, through the darkness,
Out of the storms and the sorrows,
Into a beautiful that frees the spirit,
A music that sings light and love, insight
Into the kindness that only God can bring,
The gentleness that is a blessing from Him,
The One who is writing His way through my heart,
Into my soul where I know He grows…
More a part of me with each passing day,
More alive to me, with each breath,
More of me – with each page turned…

So I can see… the promise of His love, His light
His life brought me redemption and a peace
That only He could bring,.. thanks to His saving grace
I can finally know the meaning of living,
I can finally know what it is to know healing,
I can finally say that I believe Him….

He is the writer of my story, but even more
He is the answer to all my prayers, the inspiration
The love that promises me, not just a story
But a life with Him, in glory… because I am His daughter,
His child… a heart who knows the hope that comes
To life inside those who know the beauty of His love!
