Key Verse – Jeremiah1:19 And they shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee; for I am with thee, saith the LORD, to deliver thee.

LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY PREVAILING DELIVERER			

Lord God, You are my prevailing Deliverer 
Who spreads Your hands for my protection
Thank You for responding to my repentance from iniquities’ corruption
Please forgive me for my pride of grievous abomination
While You correct me in my anger’s provocation and affliction.

Lord God, You are my prevailing Deliverer 
Who brings to me Your blessing
Thank You for listening to my cry midst sorrow’s oppressing
Please forgive me for my selfish choosing
While You guide me in my decision toward joyous praising.

Lord God, You are my prevailing Deliverer 
Who shields me with Your truthfulness
Thank You for sanctifying my heart with Your holiness
Please forgive me for my unrighteousness
While You purify me so I can rejoice in Your purity’s goodness.

Lord God, You are my prevailing Deliverer 
Who assures me of Your heaven
Thank You for enabling my worship to experience compassion’s haven
Please forgive me for my aim that’s covetousness-driven
While You conquer me against haughtiness with meekness You’ve given.

Lord God, You are my prevailing Deliverer 
Who vanquishes my arrogance along Your meekness' endurance
Thank You for smiting my futile and fruitless performance
Please forgive me for my arrogance
While You teach me with Your Scripture’s assurance.

Lord God, You are my prevailing Deliverer 
Who charges my faith with Your Word
Thank You for guarding my devotion by Your Spirit’s sword
Please forgive me for my vanity-caused discord
While You tie me around Your fellowship cord.

Lord God, You are my prevailing Deliverer 
Who reproves my backsliding
Thank You for prospering my willingness of submissive yielding
Please forgive me for my transgression, needing Your scolding
While You comfort me in my sincere prayerful pleading.
