I Have Eyes But Yet I Can't See It's Victory


I don't know what's come over me; I have eyes but yet I can't see; How can I hear the drums; When no one ever comes; I have a fever lingering deep inside; My body aches by and by; (all over) I can't reside in a place of rest; When Jesus knows my true happiness; I don't need no B.A.'s M.A. or PhD's; All I need do is fall down on my knees; I can't reside in a place of rest; When Jesus knows my true happiness; As I tell the world that I’m blessed Oh it must be Jesus working over me; and it's victory It's victory, oh, it's victory; Blessed victory It's victory blessed victory presumptuous victory Sweet victory in my soul; The music playing in my heart rights out Joys of new days start; and my mind comprehends it to me to be victory See, I have eyes but yet I can't see; There must be something hanging over me; I have eyes but yet I can't see; And it's victory, it's victory;
