Lis lit light shines O' bright
Passions prominent
I just want to be a better man

Been wedded, promised and held
I just want to be a better man
Came through  the canal 
Naked I breathe 
Aging to be a better man

Jesus came and died rose again so that I could be
I am a better man

A sin is still a sin though different they be
I was bond now I'm set free
Hilton and a shame in my sins did I reign
Oh but Mercy has set me free Mercy's Grace Liberty has displaced and in my captivity I'm released I'm set free

Not all that I am
Be forgiven rebirth born again 
Been wedded, promised and held
I just want to be a better man
Came through the wrong choices
Listen To the wrong voices
Aging to be a better man

Now I speak life abundance 
Positiveness
Lis lit light shines O' bright
Passions prominent
Now this moment  in God
I am a better man
