Poem
What would Jesus do if He were in my shoes? He would live His life completely lead by His Holy Spirit living in complete obedience to Almighty God and His Heavenly Father! For when Jesus Christ walked upon the earth and dwelt among the sons of God and the daughters of men, he willingly cared for the very least and the very greatest of them. What would Jesus do if He were in my shoes? Walking actually in my shoes would make Him both a poet but also a writer for He would put far away childish fantasy's and childish dreams. What would Jesus do if He were in my shoes? He would recruit an army of scribes not only to record his words, thoughts and deeds, to proclaim the good news of His gospel but Jesus Christ did not recruit scribes from among-st the religious leaders, instead his disciples recruited their own disciples to serve as their scribes. What would Jesus do if He were in my shoes? He would never waste any of His valuable time chasing after money like Judas and dreams that could not come true. He would not waste His valuable time spinning cobwebs in the air! Over fruitless debates and useless speculations. All because He was different and had much better things to do. He would spread the good news of the gospel far and wide all over his Galilean countryside. Preforming His mighty works of compassion upon the sinful men and the sinful women. What would would Jesus do if He were in my shoes? He would cast off His sinful Satanic nature. But that is ridiculous for He was born without a sin nature! But if He were in my shoes? He would ask His God to cast all of His sins into the deepest sea. Never to be remembered by His God nevermore! He would walk through those pearly gates with a smile upon His face knowing just how much His heavenly Father truly loved Him! He would serve All Mighty God all of the days of His earthly life! Yes He did minister and witness to mankind but He served His Heavenly Father well and defeated the evil works of the devil and won the ultimate victory over death, over hell and over the devil! And because He rose again from the grave we shall also arise from our graves! What would Jesus do if He were in my shoes? He would sing and He would shout the victory! With the saints in heaven and the heavenly angles. The four living creatures and the twenty-four elders! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Praise be our Lord Hallelujah! Grace and Peace be unto all of you, All of my love in Christ Jesus, Roxanne Lea Dubarry May 22, 2023
