Poem
God’s Master Choir Nature swells unbroken, I believe Though, find it odd how the birth of the earth was spoken with words from the breath of God. Heaven’s harp strings sound with mystique and stinging emotion, songs played with a howling moan, as the wind sings with the ocean. A serenade with a choir of voices, with many a note to lend and mysteries of air and water playing music out of the wind. I hear the salty waves breaking, and their roar upon the shore and the spray stings my face like old sailor’s songs and lore. With the rain’s drip, drop soaking my coat my hat sails into the wind’s high squeal. The seabirds sing their gliding songs and every note surreal. The lonely cry of the Whip-poor-will from deep in the night, he calls. His sorrowful reframe gives way to light and may may never be heard at all. Nature’s songs, never to cease, plays on like the Savior’s Birth. Harmony unknown and beautifully written, by God for his choir on earth.
